Goal Sheet – It wouldn’t be a Challenge if you don’t have some goals and pictures! Write out your goals for this Challenge and take a picture and share them in the Facebook Group. 28 Day Habit Tracker – Download the ’28 Day Habit Tracker’ from the Took Kit to track your weekly habits for the entire Challenge. Make sure to submit this at the end of the Challenge to be eligible for the GIVEAWAY! (instructions coming in the Facebook group)
