Time to get your journal ready!  

You can use our template here, or just use a notebook or whatever works for you.  We do suggest actually hand writing it out so any notebook will do.  

Your goal is to write out a few things your are grateful for every day.  You can also include affirmations and action items for the day.  There are no rules here!  The idea is to use this as part of your morning routine to keep your mind positive and moving forward.
