Trish Allen

Hi, I’m Trish! I started coaching 15 years ago and love helping people find balance with their lifestyle and start living life with more purpose and intention.

My own personal fitness and health journey has included teaching group fitness for 20 years, experiencing my own weight loss journey, competing in bodybuilding and earning my Pro Card, dealing with my own hormone imbalances & gut issues, owning a gym with my husband, and finding my passion in coaching.

My favorite parts of coaching include creating a safe space for my clients to explore new foods and yummy recipes, understand their body, celebrate & educate, get curious, take control, find root causes and discover that their thoughts can create the most incredible results.

I am a certified Life Coach, Institute of Integrative Nutrition Holistic Health Coach, and certified AFPA Nutrition and Wellness Consultant.

When I am not coaching or teaching, I love spending time with my hubby of 25 years, our 2 kids and daughter in law (and a really cute dog)! We love to travel and explore this magnificent world of ours and take rides on our Harley-Davidson.

“In 2019 I hit my personal low. I weighed the most I ever had, and had two very eye opening experiences. First, my friend took a picture of me and I had never looked so big (the picture in the blue shirt.) Second, I went to a water park and was told I was too heavy to go on a slide.
