My name is Annalise Empey MSN, FNP-C

I am an experienced, board certified family Nurse Practitioner with additional certifications in aesthetic injections and functional hormones. With over 12 years of hospital experience helping patients to heal to their bodies from the inside out in difficult situations.

I help patients understand how their personal body functions and what works best for them. I also teach patients how to properly care for and handle the changes that come to those bodies because of age, stress, children, etc.

I personally have struggled with hormone imbalances where doctors told me everything was "normal" when in fact things were not normal. It can be a difficult road, but I will be the first to say that there are answers. .

I specialize in functional hormones, hashimoto's, post birth control syndrome and gut health just to name a few. By combing my training in functional wellness along with my medical and nursing skills, I strive to help my patients find these answers and to make real positive changes towards a happier and healthier life where they actually feel good.
