I am Hadlei Allen and I am a Senior Coach at 7 Point Nutrition. I’m from Utah and have lived here my whole life. I grew up dancing and quickly developed a passion for health and fitness after high school.
I graduated from Utah Valley University with a Bachelors in Community/Public Health and Associates in Exercise Science. I am also a NASM Certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist as well as Personal Training Certified.
I strongly believe in having a well rounded and balanced lifestyle. My goal is to support, motivate, and share my achieved knowledge with the clients I work with. I will provide the information and tools you need to be successful and create a plan that works well with your lifestyle. I truly enjoy helping others better their lives through proper nutrition and exercise. My clients keep me going with their success, I love to see the glow and confidence they achieve in the process of working towards their goals.
My other interests besides all things fitness and nutrition include: My golden retriever named Rock, my husband, pictures of my dog, videos of my dog, warm weather, naps, strawberries, target, boating, cleaning my house, and boiling hot showers.
